Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Who we are and what this is
London AI Radio is a free 24-hour internet radio station broadcasting from London. It is provided by AYDA Digital, United Kingdom, through the website at londonairadio.com and the internet radio directories the station is listed on.
These terms apply to all of those. By listening, or by using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the station.
2. Before you listen
- Streaming uses mobile data. The station broadcasts continuous 192 kbps audio, roughly 85 MB per hour. On a mobile connection that adds up quickly and, when roaming, can be expensive. We cannot be responsible for data charges, overage fees or roaming bills.
- Playback can be interrupted. This is live internet radio. Poor signal, a Wi-Fi login page, a VPN, a firewall or maintenance at our end can all cut the sound. We do not promise uninterrupted listening, and the station may be taken off air at any time.
- Protect your hearing. Listening at high volume, especially through headphones and for long periods, can permanently damage your hearing. Start low and turn up only as far as you need.
- Do not let it distract you where distraction is dangerous. Set your listening up before you drive, cycle or ride, and stay aware of your surroundings near traffic or on platforms.
- Programme content. Music is chosen for a general audience but is not individually vetted for every listener. Anything spoken on air is for entertainment and general interest only and is not professional advice of any kind.
3. The music and the content
All music broadcast by London AI Radio is original, AI-generated material produced for the station. The station does not broadcast third-party licensed recordings.
The station's audio, artwork, name, logo and website are ours or licensed to us. You may listen, and you may share links to the station. You may not record, re-upload, redistribute, resell or rebroadcast the stream, or present the station's output as your own, without our written permission. Requests for permission are welcome.
4. Acceptable use
Use the station only for lawful, personal, non-abusive listening. Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape, probe or disrupt our servers. You alone are responsible for complying with the law where you are. We may block access if the station is being abused, and we may cooperate with lawful requests from the police or other competent authorities.
5. It is free, and it is provided "as is"
The station is free and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise the station will be available, uninterrupted, complete or free of faults. Playlists, history and content may change or disappear at any time.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the station or the website. Because they are provided free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims combined is limited to £50.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Continuing to listen after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections given to you by the mandatory law of your own country.
